Reservations
Effective September 1, 2010, Winchester Lodge will no longer be accepting reservations for your vacation planning.
To everyone who has ever stayed in our cabin, we deeply appreciate your support and hope your stay with us was a memorable one.
If you or someone you know is interested in acquiring this property and continuing to run it as a vacation rental,
send us a note.
Policies
DEPOSIT: One-half (1/2) of your total rental price must be paid within five (5) after acceptance of the rental agreement
in order to confirm you reservation. The entire rental price must be paid in full sixty (60) days prior to your check-in date.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Personal checks must clear the bank before your reservations are secure.
CHECK-IN: Check-in time is 3pm. Our cabin is usually available for check-in by this time; however, during
peak season, there may be a slight delay to be sure the cabin is as clean as possible. Your patience is appreciated if this
is the case.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is 11am unless other arrangements have been made. Please try to abide by this so that
our cabins can be cleaned for the next guests, especially during peak and holiday seasons.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES: Guests assume full responsibility for any damages. You will be charged for damages, missing
items, or if the cabin is excessively dirty. Please treat our home as your own!
PETS/SMOKING: We may have guests with allergies and/or other health complications, therefore we have established
a "No pets-No smoking" policy. Absolutely no pets allowed. If pets are found, you will be charged a $100.00 cleaning fee and
asked to leave immediately. Smoking outside on the porches only.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be made more than fourty five (45) days prior to your check-in date in order to receive
a refund. In such event, there will be a fifty dollar ($50) cancellation fee and the balance of any funds deposited shall be returned. If a
reservation is cancelled forty five (45) days or less before the check-in date, one hundred percent (100%) of the total rental
price shall be charged. Special circumstances may occur and shall be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
REFUNDS: There will be no refunds for early departure, including weather conditions. Chains and/or 4-wheel
vehicles may be necessary during the winter season. If there happens to be a problem with any appliance, heat/air,
electric, etc., please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to take care of the problem, but you are
responsible for your complete reservation once it has been made and confirmed.
